Dr Lee
Dr Lee has been helming the Infectious Diseases Unit at Hospital Kuala Lumpur for the past 12 years.  He also heads the Infectious Diseases Unit at Hospital Sungai Buloh and is a visiting consultant for the Infectious Diseases unit at the National Heart Institute, Kuala Lumpur. Besides practicing as a medical professional, Dr Lee is an Honorary Lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, University Putra Malaysia.

Prior to his current position, Dr Lee trained in infectious diseases at the Regional Infectious Diseases Unit at Edinburgh City Hospital, UK. 

Dr Lee is chairman of the National Antimicrobial Advisory Committee, National HIV/AIDS Treatment Registry, both of which are national associations of the Ministry of Health Malaysia. He is also the chairman for the Infection Control Committee, Hospital Kuala Lumpur. 

His professional affiliations include the International Society of Infectious Diseases (ISID) where he serves as a council member and is also the current president of the Malaysian Society of HIV Medicine. His work in these areas have garnered him numerous awards, including the Dr Siti Hasmah Red Ribbon Award from the Malaysian AIDS Council in 1998. 

Dr Lee has a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from University Malaya, and obtained his MRCP from the Royal College of Medicine, UK.
